The Best Moments From The Les Miles Era — So Far

To some Tiger fans, recent developments from the Les Miles rumor mill look like a carefully orchestrated campaign to lay the ground for Miles’ firing immediately after the Texas A & M game.

To others the sloppy anonymous whispers and failure of Athletic Director Joe Alleva to stand up in the public and take accountability bear the stench of a Saban to Texas sized debacle.

One thing that is clear in all this mess is that even those LSU fans who feel it is time to turn a new leaf have a great deal of affection for their current head coach.

There are legitimate criticisms of Miles: he has struggled with clock management, with quarterback recruiting and play, and his grasp of the English language is tenuous at best.

Throughout the Les Miles Era at LSU the man they call “The Hat” has been a fiery supporter of his players a proven winner and a man who gives one heck of an entertaining press conference.

It is no certainty that Miles will leave this year, but whenever he hangs up the LSU Hat for the last time he will be missed by many.
