Boy, what can you say about safety Corey White?

Well for Who Dat’s not much that we could probably put without a lot of editing certain expletives for certain.

White was a fifth round pick for the Saints in 2012 out of Samford and showed some promise early as he was transitioned from safety to slot cornerback.

Although he recorded a career high 2 interceptions in 2014, ProFootballFocus.com had him rated at a -17.9 in pass coverage and a -17.8 overall as a cornerback.

In fact he was two spots from being ranked dead last when it came to cornerbacks in the NFL last year.

Nobody will forget the game against the Detroit Lions in 2014 when White made an ill-timed dive for an interception and missed, thereby putting himself out of position to make a tackle on receiver Golden Tate who ran it in for the score.

White then became the go-to target for opposing quarterbacks and head coach Sean Payton had seen enough in the end and he was released at the conclusion of the season.

He was claimed off waivers in March by the Cowboys and he currently sits behind oft-injured first round pick Mo Claiborne on the current depth chart.

The Cowboys will travel to New Orleans for their game against the Saints for a primetime matchup on October 4th at 7:30 p.m. CDT.
