3.  Leonard Fournette isn’t the only RB on the team

Fournette gets so much hype (deservedly so) that we sometimes forget he isn’t a one man band.

LSU has always taken a running back by committee approach. Last year the coaches worked Terrence Magee and Kevin Hilliard into games regularly. They are gone but that doesn’t mean Fournette is going solo.

Darrel Williams is the number one back up. He will get plenty of reps, but he is already being pushed by freshmen Derrius Guice and Nick Brossette.

Guice and Brossette were highly rated recruits and have already been turning heads at practice.

They are competing for spots as return men on special teams and both should see the field with the offense this season as well.

Running back is just as stacked with NFL talent as usual, in other words.
