When he was recruited John Diarse was a player that had the fanbase really excited. He drew favorable comparisons to current NFL stars Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry.
He has shown us that talent in spots, but the consistency has not been there. With a better grasp of the offense and improved route running skills John Diarse can become a major threat.
Malachi Depree and Travin Dural are known quantities at WR. Both should have good seasons this year.
Adding a third receiver who can be counted to do the right thing every snap creates a new dimension in a passing game that wants to line up in more 3 receiver sets.
John Diarse has speed to burn and all the right moves. Getting the ball in his hands more often could open up the whole LSU passing game.
