Brandon Harris Needs to be Efficient in the Pocket

Brandon Harris is the man at QB. He has done it all through the preseason and in all the team’s scrimmages, now he needs to prove it in real games.

For LSU to win big the team has to not only throw the ball, they need to throw it efficiently to sustain drives, keep the defense off the field, and score points. They need the passing game to spread opposing defenses out to fully open things up for Leonard Fournette and the LSU running game.

Last years passing game generated only a 50% completion percentage and less than 165 yards a game. That won’t win many football games, not in the SEC.

If Brandon Harris can throw the ball at least 25 times, complete 60% of his passes, and generate two scores for every turnover when he’s at the helm this team is a title contender.
