Saints Have Lost Their ‘Old Magic’ And Found Trouble

Prior to the game yesterday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, I was having a discussion with some fans at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome about the expectations for the New Orleans Saints this year.
One word kept coming up repeatedly: “Magic”.
It was mainly used to describe the way the Saints used to be in not only games at home, but even in the most hostile of environments on the road.

Well now at 0-2 and sitting at the bottom of the NFC South, the team is already in a hole that they found themselves in last year.
As much as the Saints have vowed to put 2014 behind them, it looks like it’s staring them squarely in the face.
The ‘old magic’ that he team used to have has now suddenly seemed to disappear and has now given way to a whole new world of trouble that could plague them throughout the season.
