Tiger fans can not be blamed for crying in their beer after Saturday’s loss to Alabama. The loss hit a trifecta of sorrows: being knocked out of one of the top playoff spots, seeing Leonard Fournette hit his first real speedbump on the way to locking up the Heisman and worst of all it had to happen against Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide.

It just doesn’t get much worse than that.

Still, even in trying times there are often reasons to look up and feel better days are coming.

LSU fans have cooled down a bit from the disappointment of the Bama game and are starting to realize they still have a lot to be hopeful for this season.

So with that, here are the reasons why LSU fans remain optimistic despite the loss to Alabama. And we’ll start with this one……..
