Week 9 Sunday, November 6th, 3:05pm at 49ers

Nov 9, 2014; New Orleans, LA, USA; San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick (7) is sacked by New Orleans Saints inside linebacker Ramon Humber (53) during overtime at Mercedes-Benz Superdome. The 49ers won 27-24 in overtime. Mandatory Credit: Derick E. Hingle-USA TODAY Sports

The 49ers had a steep drop off last year. Kaepernick was benched for Blaine Gabbert, the defense was bad, it was just a really tough year for the 49ers.

So they fired head coach Jim Tomsula after one year, and hired Chip Kelly, which in my opinion was the worst hire in the NFL.

Honestly, this is one of the easiest games on the Saints schedule. I don’t think the 49ers will improve very much this year.

Brees will come out and carve up the San Francisco defense, and hopefully the Saints defense will come out and shut down a struggling San Francisco offense.

This very well could be a “trap game” for the Saints, but I see them getting the win.

Prediction: Saints 30, 49ers 20

Record: 5-3
