Let’s call it what it is. On paper, this team talent-wise may be the best teameverin Les Miles’ tenure as head coach, which is saying quite a lot.
But with that said, Les Miles needs to get his team back to the SEC Championship andWINto secure his future in Baton Rouge.
If not now, when?
Ol’ Les gets a break or two (like an Alabama upset loss to Auburn), and brings the SEC title back to Baton Rouge — and along with it, a shot at the National Championship for the first time since that still-painful loss to Alabama at the Superdome back in early 2012.
