Saturday Oct.22nd,  at the University of Tulsa Golden Hurricane (H.A.Chapman Stadium, Tulsa, Oklahoma)

Golden Time

The Golden Hurricane have 14 returning starters from 2nd year head coach Phillip Montgomery’s surprising first season in Tulsa. The former Baylor offensive coordinator was able to guide the Golden Hurricane to a Bowl came and wants to continue the program’s ascent.

QB Dane Evans leads the offense. Evans threw for 4,300 yards and 25 TD’s last year .

Defensively over the past 2 years,  the Golden Hurricane have allowed an average of 39 points per game. However, Tulsa has a juggernaut on offense that is simply too much for the Wave to contain.

Tulsa tops the Wave in shoot-out.

LOSS, 4-4
