Anytime the Saints venture north this time of year, weather conditions could always be a factor.
Weather should not be an annoyance today, as the forecast calls for a fairly clear day with temperatures near 70 degrees.
The field at Arrowhead Stadium, however, is known for being a “slow track”, something that favors the Chief defensive backs more so then the speed of wide receivers Brandin Cooks and Willie Snead.
Look for a slower-paced game then we’ve seen from most Saints games this year, a style that Kansas City typically prefers.
In those previously-mentioned road victories on the opening page, they were games in which the Saints have dedicated themselves to running the football.
Expect a heavier dose of Mark Ingram than we’ve seen (and perhaps Tim Hightower, since Daniel Lasco is out with a hamstring issue), and a more ball-controlled passing attack.
