Saints Offensive Tackles Andrus Peat and Zach Strief vs Falcons Outside Linebacker / Edge Rusher Vic Beasley

Vic Beasley leads the Falcons in sacks, and is among the best in the league, with 14.5. No other Atlanta player has as many as five.

Beasley is developing into one of the best speed rushers in the game; precisely the type of player that gives the Saints bookend tackles the most difficulty.

Saints starting right tackle Zach Strief has had one of his best seasons, but left tackle Andrus Peat seems to have regressed, after improvement in his play through mid-season.

Heavy pressure on Brees is probably Atlanta’s only real shot at containing the New Orleans offense, because their coverages just aren’t talented enough to keep pace with the Saints playmakers.

Beasley is not the only young talent within the Falcons linebacking corps howver ,as the Saints can certainly attest to from last meeting….
