The NFC Championship Game rematch between the New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams is the most anticipated and will be the most telling game of Week 2.

The Los Angeles Rams are hosting the New Orleans Saints on Sunday in a rematch of the NFC Championship game, which is easily the most anticipated game of the entire week.

This is not just a high-profile matchup against two elite teams, as that would draw on its own as well. It is a rematch from January, where the Saints had to deal with arguably the worst officiating mistake in NFL history. You know the story.

While the team itself seems to have moved on, the fans definitely have not and getting this win back will help ease some of the pain of that game. Obviously, fans would rather the Saints win in the NFC Championship Game rather than in Week 2 of the following year, but this can be a nice consolation prize.

Both the Saints and the Rams are premier contenders in the NFL and this game could have legitimate playoff implications. I know, that is crazy to say in Week 2, but when it comes to two teams like this, every game matters. Especially with tiebreakers involved.

This game won’t tell us who the better team will be in January, but it can tell us some things about the Saints moving forward. Here are three things we could potentially learn about New Orleans from Week 2.
