1. Joakim Noah

Right now, all signs seem to be pointing to Joakim Noah joining the Los Angeles Clippers. Noah is reportedly working out for the Clippers and could help the team add much-needed veteran depth to their roster.

It is hard to see Noah declining an offer if he does indeed get one from the Clippers. The Clippers are a true title-contender and that is about the only thing that has alluded Noah in his career. He would not pass that opportunity up.

However, if he does not get an offer then the New Orleans Pelicans would be a good fit for the veteran, even if it is just for one season.

The Pelicans are pretty inexperienced at the center position and would benefit greatly from adding a veteran center. The team does have Derrick Favors to serve as the veteran big man, but he is more of a traditional four than a five.

Noah would be the perfect mentor to Jaxson Hayes and could even help Jahlil Okafor raise his game. Not only would he be a good mentor but he can actually provide something to the team as he did average 7.1 points, 5.7 rebounds and 2.1 assists last season.

There is nothing wrong with having too much depth and having the experienced depth of Noah off the bench gives the young Pelicans a new outlook that will undoubtedly help the team.
