The New Orleans Saints moved to 4-0 with Teddy Bridgwater under center in Week 6 and have another win in-store in Week 7.

The days of panicking about the New Orleans Saints seem to be a distant memory even though they just happened over a month ago. The Drew Brees injury has gone much better than anyone could have honestly expected and the Saints have proved all of their doubters wrong.

The Saints are 4-0 with Teddy Bridgewater under center with two wins against playoff teams, a win against a division foe and a win that had trap game written all over it. Bridgewater certainly has not been Brees, but he has done his part to keep the Saints afloat this year.

The first seed in the NFC is now in play as the Saints likely have two more games without Brees against the Chicago Bears and Arizona Cardinals before he returns after the bye week. If the Saints can get the win in Week 7 against the Bears, there is a good chance that Brees inherits a 7-1 record when he returns.

There are some concerning parts about that Bears game, however. The Bears are coming off of their bye week and will be better prepared and will be motivated after an ugly loss to the Oakland Raiders.

Not only that, but they are hosting the New Orleans Saints in what is looking to be poor, rainy conditions. If any team thrives in bad weather, it is the Chicago Bears.

As daunting of a task as the Bears are, the New Orleans Saints are actually in the perfect position to go into Chicago and steal a win on the road. Here are the three reasons why.
