The New Orleans Saints keep rolling this season after adding yet another win to the win column, all without Drew Brees under center.

The New Orleans Saints have firmly planted themselves as the favorites to win the Super Bowl out of the NFC and should be the favorites to win the Super Bowl altogether. The Saints trail only the New England Patriots in terms of Super Bowl odds, courtesy of the Action Network.

The Saints were already towards the top of the board in Super Bowl odds prior to the season but have arguably proven more than any team has this season. They have beaten four playoff teams from a year ago, three of which coming without their franchise quarterback.

The latest playoff team that the Saints defeated was the Chicago Bears. The Saints scored 36 points compared to the Bears’ 25 for their second impressive road win of the season, the other coming against the Seattle Seahawks.

Sunday was no different as the Saints once again left us surprised when the final whistle blew. Here are those three biggest surprises that we took away from the victory.
