THE FANTASTIC: WIDE RECEIVER MICHAEL THOMAS
If not for a quarterback / running back combo (Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot) in Dallas; Michael Thomas would be almost a sure-fire Rookie of the Year favorite.
The second round pick from Ohio state had 9 receptions for 108 yards and 2 touchdowns against a Rams defense that has shut down nearly every receiver that they have faced.
#cantguardmike might not win Rookie of the Year, but may very well earn a trip to the Pro Bowl.
Thomas can run any route, make any catch, yet still seems to be improving exponentially every week. He has taken over as the unquestioned #1 receiver now — and you just get the feeling that ‘we ain’t seen nuthin yet’.
