2. WR Emmanuel Sanders

Emmanuel Sanders is someone who probably should have already been traded by now and if he is not traded by the Denver Broncos then it is a huge mistake. That is not to say that Sanders is bad and deserves to be traded, but it would be absolutely poor managing by the team.

Sanders is in the last year of his contract and the Broncos are 1-4. They are not going to make a run and chances are that they either do not want to re-sign Sanders or that he will land elsewhere. Thus, instead of just sitting on him, the team can trade half a year of him and get something.

That is what makes him a cheap option for the New Orleans Saints. New Orleans could probably land Sanders with a fourth-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft and a fifth-round pick in the 2021 NFL Draft.

The case for adding Sanders is simple: bolster the receiving corps. As much as I like Tedd Ginn, he has not been great as a second-option receiver and the Saints would be that much better if they added a second receiver like Sanders that could actually impact the game in a much bigger way.

A passing duo of Sanders and Michael Thomas once Drew Brees returns would be scary to face and opens up the playbook immensely.
